As a thriving behavioral health organization that offers mental health and substance use services, Impact Investment Groups LLC has experienced consistent growth in recent years. Currently, we operate three outpatient clinics, catering to a monthly clientele of over 2,000 individuals. Recognizing the increasing demand for behavioral health services in our region, we are anticipating further expansion.
Based on our analysis of current trends and our strategic expansion plans, we have established the following growth targets for the next five years
Year 1:
Acquiring two additional mental health clinics to achieve a 15% increase in our client base
Year 2:
Obtaining two additional mental health clinics, aiming for a 10% increase in our client base
Year 3:
Acquiring a share service company to achieve a 15% increase, accompanied by a 5% client growth
Year 4:
Acquiring a mental staffing company to achieve a 15% increase, accompanied by a 5% client growth
Year 5:
Acquiring an IT outsourcing company to achieve a 15% increase, accompanied by a 5% client growth
